Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.

Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, both at the bar side and the hotel. Would stay again if had to go to Buffalo again.

Disliked: Heat didn't workFridge in the room didn't work. Called the front desk and it didn't get changed for over an hour. We were staying there for a concert. And still had to get changed. I kept on having to go down to the front desk to ask for an update because they weren't answering the reception phone. Maid never cleaned the room over the 2 nights we were there. Definitely not worth $200 per night. Maybe $50 per night

Disliked: People smoking cigarettes in the hallway leaned up against my hotel room door and I have bad asthma. Could have stopped breathing with the asthma attack I had from my room smelling badly of smoke. Staff was horrible. Took nearly an hour to change our room. Staff fought with me at 2am saying I was lying that he did not see anyone smoking when there was ash all over the carpet in front of my hotel room door and the cigarette smell was all throughout the hallway as well as in my hotel room
