Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites, Buffalo

Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.

Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, both at the bar side and the hotel. Would stay again if had to go to Buffalo again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Inn. The room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Disliked: I didn’t like anything about this property. The heat Air Force was not sufficient for the room . No napkins on breakfast table . The staff were very cheap.No lock on bathroom door.

Liked: Shawna at the front desk is always wonderful and knowledgeable. My son goes to Buffalo State and I only stay here.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like

The Bills won so that...

Liked: 1. The location2. The front desk person was helpful in helping us connect to wifi.
Disliked: 1. very cold air coming thru the door, was not sealed well. 2. The breakfast stopped too early after the Bills game. Due to traffic we did not get back to hotel until after 12:30. Had to drive 6 hrs home on Monday so needed to get some sleep.

Clean, neat, staff was confused.

Liked: Very clean and neat. Happy with amenties. Fridge and microwave. Hotel its self was great.
Disliked: I called a week in advance for early check in. Jackie made a note in my booking and said "it won't be a problem." We showed up with no rooms available. She talked about herself in 3rd person and was saying how Jackie promised everyone the world. Well it was odd and unprofessional and very inconvenient. The say was good. It could have been great. Jackie needs to get her shit together. Would appreciate complementary water
