Check in was easy; stay was comfortable; nice clean room; big bathroom; would stay there again.

Liked: Very clean; mostly quiet; breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Some noise from fellow guest in the morning at 4 am.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff, both at the bar side and the hotel. Would stay again if had to go to Buffalo again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Best Western Inn. The room were very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Liked: Breakfast was nice - warm and number of choices.The room was so cold, to the point of us asking for a heater.The facilities in the room were old - toilet seat was very low - not for me as I have both knee replacements. The tub was pretty old as well - we did not take any showers. The carpets needs replacing as well.We have travelled with our friends, and we both decided that we will not be staying at this property again. We have stayed in this hotel many, many times. We will be looking for another property in Buffalo. I am a member of the VIP club, and generally I am entitled to a welcome gift, but I did not receive anything at this property.
Disliked: SORRY - IT IS MY ANSWER ABOVE.the only thing We liked about this property is the location.
