Liked: Large room, clean, wonderful mattress. 24 hour hot water/ coffee/ tea was a nice perk. The dark roast coffee was excellent.
Disliked: The room heater had not been turned in prior to our arrival. The temperature in the room was at 57 degrees F and it took 5 hours to warm up to the low 70s. We spent most of the time in the breakfast area, staying warm. A winter storm came in the next night, dumping significant snow. The next morning, some breakfast staples (waffle mix) were low and the pastries were stale. The storm had been forecasted for days. The hotel had plenty of warning and could have stocked up.

Disliked: It was a little rough and in need of maintenance and repairs.

Liked: I like the easy access and good stqfffing sf the property it was very quite which was nice and I felt very secure here
Disliked: I didn’t like that the Rome room shower didn’t work or the main bed lights in the room some of the electrical was very hard to work and that seems like it could potentially later lead to safety issues.

We would def come again.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the employees were great.
Disliked: More diabetic friendly breakfast items. Sunday the only protein I could have had was eggs…. The other days had sausage avail too but sunday it was replaced with biscuits and gravy.
