The friendly staff and comfortable...
Liked: We felt that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.The bed was comfortable.Great location and plenty of parking.The food was lovely both in the evening and at breakfast.Easy booking online.
Disliked: Slightly dated bathrooms but didn’t affect the stay at all.

Won’t be returning.
Disliked: Room was very dated and smelt really bad. Towel was dirty, floor carpet was disgusting. We had breakfast the next day, how Marco Pierre White is putting his name to that is beyond me. The worst breakfast, in fact the worst Iv ever had.

Disliked: How an earth do they charge that for this, dated, old, tiny, dirty room. The walls are like cardboard, the fixtures n fittings are diabolical.The carpet made me put socks on to walk on it.The bed is tiny with no support, my side of the bed just disappeared when you sat on it. The shower has a curtain which is SO unhygienic. Friday night into Saturday morning had staff & deliveries coming and going right outside our window. So wide awake at 6.45am. Booked for 2 nights, left after 1. Come on best western, do better
