Not a good stay

Liked: Aircon very loud, hotel is tired. Breakfast is awful. Plus saw baby cockroach in the bathroom

Liked: The staff were really friendly, but the hotel itself was not as clean as it should, the location is very far from every leisure spots. The bathroom is the worse possible to get a shower, it feels that all the water spreads through the entire bathroom floor.

Worst rooms ever

Liked: Tiara (hope i spelled correctly)was excellent she took a cot at 11 pm while being 7months pregnant. She messaged the GM and management regarding my stay. She tried all she could to try and make our night as comfortable as possible she deserves 5 stars
Disliked: The room was horrible, the shower curtain had mold on it , the towel had pubic hair and blood on it, the metal on the bed was sticking out, it smelled like smoke, the pull out couch mattress was horrible it had no padding. There was no phone and a broken TV. The GM told the staff member, "What do you want me to do about it, we have no more rooms." After she told her the conditions the room was in and I was with my children. Once I checked out, I was charged for the 3 nights, I did not stay a full night. I checked in very late. Spent about 3 hours trying to get things resolved.

Do Not Stay there!

Disliked: Room was not what was promised or what I paid for. Furniture damaged, shades ripped, plugs not working, breakfast terrible, shower wall giant crack, noisy elevator, floor molding broke, stinky hallways, dirty carpet. Walked in and someone dumped soapy water on floor and lucky we didn’t fall.
