Liked: Love this hotel. It's a little worn in places but the breakfast is excellent rooms spacious and the beds are super comfy. The staff are helpful and the local area is great with lovely pubs a ten minute walk away. The spa facilities pool and gym are fantastic. Excellent value for money and easy to get in and out of Liverpool by car or train
Disliked: Lockers in fitness club need an update but to be honest it wasn't really a problem in the context of such a brilliant stay.

Disliked: Dirty carpets, bad uneven repairs to ceiling area. I have a vax pet carpet cleaner didn't think I needed to pack it !!

Nice night away, lovely setting....

Liked: Location, facilities, breakfast was really tasty and cooked fresh for us.
Disliked: Room was very warm and not able to control Temperature. But was clean and comfortable

Liked: This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it’s nice to see the place has been refurbished to a lovely standard. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. I upgraded to an executive suite but the only thing different in this room than the room last time was the bed felt a little bigger. That was all so didn’t feel it was worth the price to upgrade but it was a nice room so can’t complain really.
Disliked: The pool facilities were not very good most of the lockers were broken and not many cubicles to change in privacy. We didn’t use the leisure facilities last time we stayed and unless it had a refurb I wouldn’t use them again.
