Liked: Hotel very accommodating when we had to change the date due to medical emergency

Great stay at the Best...

Liked: The hotel was fine and the food in the restaurant was great (the beer tasted good as well).
Disliked: The bathroom door was upside down, which is a bit confusing when trying to hang something on the hooks which were at the bottom of the door and also upside down!The food service in the restaurant was very slow and family members who were with us had to leave before having their sweets as they had a deadline to get home for.

Liked: Worst night I have had in a UK hotel. Three rooms shown all dirty. Settled for an upgrade room, the door doesn’t lock, cracked loo seat, bin doesn’t work. Unclean room, my autistic child had a meltdown as she could stand the dirt. Not staying for breakfast as the cleanliness of the rooms doesn’t put my trust in eating here and will be out of here as soon as it’s sunrise. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs significant upgrades and a better cleaning team.
