Liked: Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot.
Disliked: Toilet was hard to flush and heater was off. Set it at 62 ans it was 70+ in the room.

Disliked: No breakfast. Had been so advertised on booking.con. Weird off-site location. Exit not plowed after overnight snowfall. Very difficult door lock situation into building. No elevator.

Liked: Staff was wonderful. Room was perfect for my needs. Hotel is being updated. Looking forward to the newer showers.

Location Location Location!

Liked: A frequent choice when we stay in Freeport because of location, staff, and their acceptance of our dogs traveling with us. Updated facilities and great breakfast at the Freeport Cafe located just by the entrance.
Disliked: It’s always a bit awkward getting in and out of the two buildings because of landscaping and land contour but I’ve learned to navigate it over the years.

Not the worst but I'll...

Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast at the restaurant next door. Our server was super friendly, the food was great.
Disliked: Noisy, not very clean, especially in the common areas, the guy at check-in was cold. The ice machine was broken. The parking lot is super dark and not practical, our room downstairs was not nice at all.
