Liked: Great breakfast

Liked: The room was absolutely filthy! When I informed the staff, they laughed. I asked for a credit for the inconvenience, (I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself), I was told that it wasn't possible because I paid through your service.
Disliked: I am a severe asthmatic, the filthiness caused me multiple breathing difficulties. If any other room or another hothead had available rooms, I would have left. I have multiple pictures that I will gladly share!!

Disliked: No room service, even upon request unless you are there for more than 7 days. Staff not properly trained or treated well. The hotel is showing its age, lacks upkeep, and is not focused on guest services. Area? The roo lists the prices of stolen items.

Liked: Very nice room. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Only one driveway for entry and exit. Parking is rather limited for the number of rooms.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: Only thing was the location of the ice machine as I was awakened @ 6 am by someone getting ice. Recommend it be placed away from the hallway where the rooms are.
