This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff member at the front desk was great. The room was large and clean. I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

Liked: The elevator was broken and had to use the stairs. That was difficult. We were on the 3rd floor. Tracy was NOT friendly and actually rude and not cooperative. Breakfast was not good!!! Trying to get extra towels was not easy. The first room we went to the lock on the door didn’t work. After we settled in the lock never got fixed so they moved us to a new room. Shower curtain had holes and the water went on the floor! NO Kleenex in the WHOLE building. My family was sick and needed Kleenex they had to use toilet paper!!

Liked: The lady at the front desk was exceptional. She was very friendly and helpful. She actually made my stay wonderful and was able to get me a room. I did enjoy my stay I would definitely stay again if she is there. I really wish I could remember her name.

HORRIBLE BEST WESTERN EXPERIENCE

Liked: Person who checked us in was nice
Disliked: Was told upon arrival that maintenance had left for the night, and any issues would have to wait until the morning. Flushed the toilet in my room and water very rapidly ran from the bottom of the toilet.. This is considered BLACK WATER. Decided to check out the next morning.. Person at front desk that morning said that I should have called maintenance. When I explained what the manager said about maintenance issues having to wait until the next day, she shrugged her shoulders. Room was also very dirty and I witnessed multiple cleaning staff sitting in rooms watching TV instead of cleaning.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BEST WESTERN!!!

Liked: I stayed at this hotel as I was going to the Keswick theartre to see a concert and wanted to avoid a long drive home.The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The room was beautiful! I love the laminate floor, the matress and bedding were comfortable ( I would buy the matress and bedding if I knew who made them) . It was just very tastefully done. Clean. Had diet coke for sale in lobby!The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful.I look forward to staying here again!
