This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff member at the front desk was great. The room was large and clean. I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

Stressful

Disliked: We selected early check in at 3pm. When we arrived the system was down and we could not check in until around 4:30pm. We were in town for. Wedding so this made us late. We didn’t receive our room keys until 12am upon return from a wedding. Our bathtub was disgusting and the shower drain was backed up so when we showered we were standing in dirty water.

Short and stressful.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.Unfortunately someone vacuumed up one of my earrings and I never heard anything although I let the front desk know. The room was nice and clean and quiet.
Disliked: I was disappointed with breakfast, I would have preferred a choice of a bagel or English muffin instead of just bread.And the coffee was very weak!
