Booking.com price was not honored...

Disliked: My debit card was overcharged a thousand dollars twice during two week stay…young girl at front desk was supremely rude and unprofessional…lied about the manager being off…manager walked by minutes later

Dark, cigarette smell. Fire alarms.

Liked: River view, location.
Disliked: Room dark and dreary. Old cigarette smell when the air condition was turned on. I am sensitive to it and was getting a headache and burning eyes. I sprayed the air vents heavily with heavy duty febreeze. This helped a lot. If I can fix it that way why can't they. We were there 3 nights. The second morning the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and went on for nearly 30 minutes. No one ever gave a clear notice or any thing. Same thing the next morning at 6:05am. We packed up and left.

Liked: Great room, (clean) Comfy beds, loved the breakfast. Wish I could've stayed longer:)
Disliked: Couldn't find the front entrance to our motel.(west) Needs a sign to show the elevator. Which was behind a big column.

Liked: Loved the view from the balcony viewing the city. Very relaxing after a stressful day of traveling. Friendly, welcoming staff greeted with a smile. Room was very clean.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
