The room was not cleaned. I found glass ring marks on the desk which I cleaned off. The walls and furniture was dirty. The bathroom fan was broken and a tissue was stuffed in the spot. The fan didn't even work. There was tape left on the bathroom wall from someone's clothes. The cabinets were sticky.

Liked: Staff personnel was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and smelled like old smoke.

Liked: Very clean, well arranged rooms. Decent lobby.
Disliked: I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. Would have been good if those items were available for sale in your lobby.

This was a nice last...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Booking was easy, and pricing good. Room was clean, and had more amenities than I expected. Bed was pretty comfortable. Was great for a last minute reservation, and we enjoyed our night there.
Disliked: There were some crumbs and such in the room, nothing major, but I did notice that. The only other thing of note, was that there weren’t to many breakfast options for someone with a dairy allergy, more options or better labels would be nice.

Liked: The manager Miguel let us checked in early and was very helpful! We usually book this hotel every time I come to NY since it’s the only good hotel in NY! I been coming to this hotel for 2 years now!
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like I was kinda far from the main lobby. Also Saturday night the staff that night seems a little clueless on knowing what to do/ or how to do something. I had waited about an hour to get to my turn for what I needed. The pillows they have are a little too soft and should provide extra pillows on the bed. Also when we turned the heat on it had a weird smell to it almost smelt like burnt popcorn! Also our tv was already unplugged before coming into our room we couldn’t figure it out for like an hour then realized it was unplugged. Our room number was 1713 building 17.
