The room was not cleaned. I found glass ring marks on the desk which I cleaned off. The walls and furniture was dirty. The bathroom fan was broken and a tissue was stuffed in the spot. The fan didn't even work. There was tape left on the bathroom wall from someone's clothes. The cabinets were sticky.

Liked: Staff personnel was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and smelled like old smoke.

Disliked: Room is full suite with kitchen, but there are no kitchen utensils , dishes, or pots and pans. It snowed a bit and the cleaning crew was working very loudly until 2 AM.

Liked: Breakfast was OK, not great. Bread was stale. Toaster didn’t function properly. Bathroom floor was wet from under the tiles.
Disliked: Bathroom floor was wet and sticky. Rather gross.
