The hotel is very well managed. Even the breakfast is superb with fruits and fresh foods. The decor is very warm and welcoming. The best part is that there are two restaurants in the hotel so we didn't have to go anywhere to eat.

Liked: Location; good furniture; clean room; comfy beds.
Disliked: High price.

Would not hesitate to stay...

Liked: That they listened to what I needed and it was perfect for my mom who is elderly and has a very hard time walking long distances. Loved that there was a pub and restaurant on site. This was major. Breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. Exceptional staff. In all areas.
Disliked: Could use some updating for sure but was very clean. Newer TV would have also been nice.

Liked: The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I stay often and they remember me. Extremely accommodating. The food is excellent at both restaurants, and the staff are very nice.

Liked: We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it, very romantic stay.
Disliked: When we arrived there were finger nails on the sink counter, we decided to not let it ruin our stay but then when in hot tub the carpet smell was awful, on top of that we got charged $24 for mat cleaning sure why.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was quiet and softly lit throughout. The lighting and noise levels in the room were very low. My partner has sensory sensitivity issues and being able to accommodate these needs was a welcome surprise.
