Lovely comfy bed , lovely...

Liked: Lovely location the bed was so comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom was a tad small my disabled partner who’s a large gentleman struggled

Disliked: Large empty car park at the rear because they wanted an extra £6 to park. The free parking area at the front was always full.

We stay in Exmouth frequently...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location excellent. Everywhere was clean.
Disliked: There was no central heating on anywhere. There were heaters dotted about but the lounge was cold. Our room was cold when we arrived and only had a small heater so took ages to heat up. Towel rail was cold.
