Bed Bugs

Liked: Nothing. Bed bugs. Breakfast was nasty.
Disliked: I woke up to bed bugs crawling on me!! They said they would treat the room, as we had no where else to go for our second night. They told me they would credit back my card for at least one of the nights stay. I called on Monday as I was told to and the manager told me No he would not be giving me any credit back that the only thing he would do is offer a one night stay with them again. Ummm NOPE not going to happen. This is very upsetting as we were very discreet about telling the front desk, when we could have told all the people that were staying there. We will NOT be staying in a Best Western Hotel again. Their corporate office would not help either. They said it was up to the individual hotel managers. Very upset and disappointed.
