Liked: The room was big and clean. A lot of options for charging electronics. Breakfast was nice as well.

Disliked: Sheet stain and smells. Small pillows, shower curtain broken, sink too low and everything too old and outdated.

Liked: I liked that the windows opened all of the way making the room tolerable for me. I have environmental illness. It's difficult to find hotels I can tolerate. The breakfast buffet was good; not great, but definitely acceptable and certainly comparable to similar hotels.
Disliked: The room and the main areas were good. The hallways were shabby and smelled of scented cleaning products. The carpets in the halls need replacing. The elevator door only opened about eight inches at first before opening all the way. I know that's not a big deal, but it made me nervous about the elevator. There was a sign indicating that the stairs rather than the elevator should be used in event of fire, but no sign indicating where the stairs were. And, as it turns out the stairs aren't near the elevator at all, so that's something guests REALLY need to know.

Liked: The pet friendly atmosphere and the staff are always so helpful.
Disliked: The pillows were too stiff, not enough cushion.
