Don't stay on the ground...

Liked: Breakfast. Grounds well kept
Disliked: Room 118 floor was wet and got worse overnight to soaked our socks when we got up in the morning. Microwave didnt work properly. Changed rooms to 157. That room as well as 118 had dusty fixtures and lamps needed to be wiped down. Our sons room 156 smelled like mold and cat urine.

Liked: Nothing very outdated and old no elevators close to the highway the noise kept us up all night
Disliked: Location was bad breakfast was not good the receptionist at night when we checked in was very not friendly wasn't much help

Liked: It was a comfortable stay. But the floor was sticky around the entryway as though something sticky was spilled at the door and just not cleaned properly. My shoes and slippers were sticking to the floor. And we didn't spill anything. But overall, it was a restful stay. I would definitely come back.

Liked: I really appreciated the breakfast. It was a real breakfast and the lady who supervised it was fast and efficient and responsive.Best Western always has something a little extra that I like--whether it be location, the pool, the breakfast. The location was good, a bit quieter than surrounding hotels.
Disliked: I am a member of Best Western but I did not get the reward points, as my partner booked on Booking.com. It was in my name and credit card though, so I thought I would get the points
