lack of cleanliness and poor...

Liked: On the positive side, the location is very convenient, especially for travelers. It’s situated close to the highway, making it easy to access and perfect for a quick stopover.
Disliked: However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff. They were rude and unwilling to answer any of my questions, which made the stay less pleasant. The room was dirty, including the bedding, which was unacceptable.

Liked: Receptionist was nice
