Nice staff, unclean hotel

Liked: The staff was super friendly but the hotel was not very clean. There was some sort of liquid that had gotten on the ceiling and had run down the wall behind where the TV was, and it didn't look like anyone had attempted to clean it ever. The maid put a towel that was already used back up and did not replenish our towels, so we had to call down to ask for more. The toilet kept running the entire time we were there. We will not be staying at another Best Western.

Liked: The staff was nice and good breakfast selection.
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty. You could see the dust on all the furniture so I dusted the room. I got the room I did for the jacuzzi tub but after seeing how dirty the room was I had a feeling the tub was just as dirty and I was right, so I had to clean the tub too. This was a little get away for me so I could catch up on sleep, relax and not have to worry about a thing and yet there I was having to clean the room so I could try and relax... I should have stayed home and saved my money!

Disliked: There was shit in the toilet when i arrived but other than that me and my bae loved it.
