Very comfortable

Liked: breakfast was and fresh, we love feature !! Also it is a plus that the staff and Best Western keeps hot fresh coffee at all times there for guess to enjoy, or hot tea.. Very few hotels do not do this..
Disliked: The side door to out side facing the car wash next door, does not work, would of been easier to get to our room.

Liked: I couldn't find anything in Oberlin. So the location and the price are good.
Disliked: The room I had was noise outside during the night. And the Hallway has old room smell.

Disliked: I came for the pool it was constantly packed and the dude lied and said it was closed half the day it was so cold anyways the same dude was cleaning rooms and stuck so bad I almost threw up

Disliked: Repairs are needed. Leaking facets, aged bathrooms (stains, chips, loose tiles, etc), dresser drawers don’t stay shut. Although it’s a nonsmoking facility it was clearly not enforced- hallways smelled of cigarette and pot smoke.

Not horrible but not good...

Liked: Breakfast was decent, lobby is attractive.
Disliked: The hallway smelled of pot, my neighbors were loud and I could smell pot through my wall. My friends could not sleep as the room above was stomping on the floor until 2AM.
