Upgrade your rooms please

Liked: Value: great. The rooms definitely need upgrading. Appliances need to be upgraded. Tubs are too high to step over into. Shower curtains need to be replaced with plastic liners. Upgrade microwave ovens and coffee makers. Television remotes need replacing as well

Liked: They had guests that vaped in the halls and my room smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. Not a safe environment

Overall a decent stay.

Liked: The stay was okay but the entire hotel smells like stale cigarettes.

Liked: It is located in a go spot shopping food highway
Disliked: The bed

Liked: breakfast was and fresh, we love feature !! Also it is a plus that the staff and Best Western keeps hot fresh coffee at all times there for guess to enjoy, or hot tea.. Very few hotels do not do this..
Disliked: The side door to out side facing the car wash next door, does not work, would of been easier to get to our room.
