We liked our stay here...a...

Liked: We liked the size and comfort of tbe room. The spa bath was verh welcome after a day of sport. Meals especially breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The tv was very small.There were no meals served from the restaurant in the weekend.The office charged my partner for staying costs when I had already prepaid 1 week eaier...this should not have happened...4 days later I am still awaiting refund.

Liked: Staff are always very helpful and very efficient.
Disliked: I requested a late checkout which the staff graciously offered free of charge. However, I don’t think this was communicated to the cleaners as they entered my room whilst I was asleep. Got a bit of a scare.

Disliked: Restaurant did not open for breakfast on the weekend.

Liked: The location and car parking was the main reason for our stay. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I thought the hot water temperature was too high to the point of being dangerous.

Liked: The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and very workable.
