Liked: I was looking for a motel style place to overnight on a road trip. My dog doesn't do well with elevators, long corridors or stairs. I made the reservation on the road and couldn't tell what style of hotel it was. But being in the back building on the ground floor made getting my dog in and out of the room/van easy. Also lots of space to walk the dog at night and in the morning.
Disliked: Booking.com said the pet fee was $12.00 but it was $30.00 + tax. Still a good value overall but $30 is pretty steep for a less than 12 hour stay.

Liked: Easy access. Close to 2 good restaurants. Clean.
Disliked: Cable went out during afternoon storm.After the storm passed the cable never came on. We spent the rest of the afternoon and all evening without TV. The hotel never offered a reduction of room rate or FREE. I would think room rate should include room entertainment. Probably won't stay againSorry
