Liked: It exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus, making our travel experience stress-free. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. We were particularly impressed with the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay at this Best Western and would definitely recommend it to others.
Disliked: While Best Western offered clean and spacious rooms, the overall feel of the hotel was dated. We noticed some minor repair issues, such as a slightly uneven sidewalk and a few worn fixtures. Although these didn't significantly impact our stay, they did detract from the overall modern experience. The pet-friendly policy and friendly staff remained positive aspects, but the datedness of the facilities might be a factor for some guests.
