Superb

Disappointing

Liked: It was a reasonable price, but not worth the $ since the amenities were lacking.
Disliked: The room was o.k. We were disappointed with the lack of care from the staff. When I mentioned there was no ice in the ice machine, they said they knew about it. It was a new machine that hadn't been hooked up yet. They did not offer any solution. The breakfast choices were minimal. It is difficult to get in and and out of the property.

Liked: The only thing decent about the breakfast was the coffee and free banana
Disliked: The rooms furniture was dusty, and there were food particles on the desk and lamp and on top of the sitting chair. The toilet would only fill up all the way to the rim of the seat before it would go back down after a few minutes and then it would empty into the bathtub which was unusable. Waste and water continue to flow into the bathtub front desk. Staff was notified.

Liked: Worked with us when the Home Owners Insurance got things worked out for paying the bill. The desk staff was "bend-over-backward" helpful at keeping us in the same room so we didn't have to keep relocating our pet parakeet!
Disliked: Cold water in the pool!

Liked: Great Breakfast available early (always ready at 6!) with a daily variety that was always delicious, including 2 waffle makers, and all available until 10 a.m.!Thanks ladies for starting every day out right!

Best Western to the Rescue

Liked: Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were seeking shelter during a family emergency and BW made us welcome and very comfortable, including accommodating for our parakeet, Jack!
Disliked: The pool was clean and inviting, but unfortunately, the water temperature was far too cold to enjoy enjoy any swimming during our stay.
