Unfriendly experience with no assistance

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: UNFRIENDLY EXPERIENCE:The middle age Asian lady at front desk has this big plastic smile but zero solution to anything, there was delay in the shuttle to airport even though I informed a day before and twice in morning, I almost missed my check-in at airport, I asked for charger for my phone, mo one could help yet no nearby shops, there was a connecting door to another room, I felt so unsafe I could not sleep at night. Then I had to carry my heavy suitcases up the stairs with no assistance even at a fee. Finally, they charged extra 21 dollars to my booking, promised it will be reversed to my account, till now it has not been reversed or refunded. That front desk lady is cold and cares less yet with fake smiles. I will not use this facility again.

Liked: 1. Location; easy access to where I needed to go to2. Clean room; able to park car in front of my room.
Disliked: 1. Layout is confusing; our room was furthest from lobby; without car you cannot get to the lobby from room especially during bad weather. 2. Room was small and cramped
