Disliked: Hot water didn’t work at all had to take cold showers. Laundry room wasn’t working. The workout equipment had errors when trying to workout.

Liked: Room was very comfortable. Bath towels were very soft and liked the availability of makeup remover and separate washcloth for makeup. Beds we really comfortable but the pillows were a little to be desired. Loved the dual window treatments..made it really dark in the room for sleeping.
Disliked: Was quite disappointed in the breakfast. Did not have dedicated person overseeing the breakfast so nothing was being restocked when it ran out. Had to approach the front desk clerk to ask for items to be refreshed and that was limited. Also disappointed the pool and hot tub were down. Had the deluxe queen room with kitchenette which was well stocked with cookware, utensils and coffee mugs, but a little stranger they didn’t stock glasses.
