NBA basketball excellent; Best Western motel very close to basketball and their overall service was very good.

We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Liked: The location to the proximity of the convention center was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff was great too.
Disliked: The main reason I got a hotel so close to the convention center is because I wanted to save on parking. I could walk to the convention center from the hotel in about 10 minutes.Parking in a parking structure was $30. What I found out about the hotel is that they charge you $20 to park in their parking lot. This was the first time in my life that I was charged to park my vehicle in the parking lot of which I am a paying customer. YOU THINK that that would be included in the price to stay at the hotel. If feels like nickel & dime stuff. Best western should include that in their price and let someone make the decision as to whether or not they want to stay there.

Liked: Great location (close enough to convention center). Comfy bed. Jacuzzi. Everything we needed.
Disliked: Room was never cleaned during our stay. (Might have been a mis-communication; first morning we asked to be skipped...).

Liked: We came from New Zealand. We were very impressed. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. Bed was a very comfortable bed and everything nice and clean and attended to. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent easy walk to downtown the light rail. This hotel exceeded our expectations it was excellent value for money.

Great overall experience

Liked: I liked that everything was included in my price with no hidden fees. Also the breakfast is what you payed for compared to any other hotel in downtown.
Disliked: Everything was enjoyable
