NBA basketball excellent; Best Western motel very close to basketball and their overall service was very good.

We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Liked: Comfortable beds, room clean and odourless on arrival. Fridge and microwave in room. Soap bars provided. Breakfast included. Chilled water and coffee available from the breakfast room all day
Disliked: Bedrooms/bathrooms are tired and dull. Disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. Cheap bread/pastry products at breakfast. Limited lounge facilities. Overworked or inefficient reception staff.
