Best Western Downtown Phoenix, Phoenix

NBA basketball excellent; Best Western motel very close to basketball and their overall service was very good.

We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

Liked: Good quality for the price.
Disliked: None.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Liked: Quiet, clean and staff was fabulous.
Disliked: Didn't like the door keys - I kept getting locked out.

Liked: Nice hotel positioned in Downtown Phoenix, room was large, with Two Queen sized beds, and facilities on site, including breakfast were very good. Hotel is situated near the arts district with lots of great bards and restaurants which we had a little time to explore. Well worth a visit.
Disliked: Rooms need a refurb, but were ok for a short stay.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful for the first two days. However, the last day, there was a huge group of people who cleaned the breakfast bar out. The poor girl running the breakfast was doing her best to restock the food, but she couldn’t keep up. The location of the place was great for our conference at the Sheraton, which was an 8 minute walk. Overall, a good stay with no complaints!

Liked: Great location. Walkable to downtown. Reasonable parking fee, with large lot. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Price is high for what it is.
