Will Not Stay Here Again!!!!!

Liked: Honestly, Jadie was the only sweetest person who tried to make our stay right. She was an absolute sweetheart going above and beyond to make our stay better!!!!
Disliked: The $50 incidental fee that isn't disclosed anywhere, the way the breakfast is, our cheerleaders not getting the buffet breakfast cause of the communication wasn't there, the rudeness of the front desk associates, the parking lot that's a skating ice rink, communication!!!! Do better!!!!!

Liked: Had a fully staffed restaurant and bar with pool tables.
Disliked: I likes everything.

Could have been way better

Liked: The restaurant staff was super friendly and the front desk lady that checked me out when I was departing.
Disliked: Our room was very cold and seemed very outdated for the price. The breakfast was just ok. And the hotel was loud all night long did not sleep well. When I called down to the staff to see if we could enforce quiet hour, they seemed less enthusiastic to help.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was okay but the wait to get our food was terrible. It took over an hour just to get our meals.
Disliked: Having to order breakfast instead of getting it ourself.

Liked: All the staff I encountered were the friendliest I have ever dealt with. This was my second time at his hotel.
Disliked: I could hear the conversations going on in the next room.
