Our stay was awful and...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the so was the location. Location was very convenient to shopping.
Disliked: The filthiness of the bathroom shower. The fact that you couldn’t hardly see in the bathroom because one of the lights was out, and they had no maintenance to come change the bulb in the other one. The shower was still dirty and had hair still in the drain.

Disliked: Hearing the people above me start stomping around as early as 530 am. Also the water pressure for the shower could be better

Disliked: Felt my room was not clean. Lamps had dust on them. I found dust balls on the switch located on the lamp. Dirty towel hanging on shower rod. Couch did not support well. Felt like it was worn out spring support.

Nice place for a one...

Liked: The room size was good and the bathroom was handicap accessible as we needed. The lobby and breakfast area was real clean
Disliked: The beds were like boards. The carpets were worn and dirty looking. Not stained just dingy. The bathroom vent did not work. The shower water pressure was lacking but I was able to get a shower.

Liked: It was great and the room was nice but the bathroom door don't lock

Just what we were expecting....

Liked: The Breakfast was very well done with some variety depending upon the day. I had people on diets and finicky eaters and they all found something to eat. The location is a quiet area next to a neighborhood across the street with businesses along the way on the same side of the street. It is located very well with numerous restaurants within 2 miles of its location. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Disliked: This hotel is pet friendly so be careful when you reserve your room if anyone is allergic to cats or has asthma. I had to change some of my arriving families rooms at the last minute because of this. The staff handled the issue quickly with no drama.
