Liked: Good location downtown with a nice view of the waterfront. Decent bar next to reception.
Disliked: There was only 1 Elevator that was tiny. No discount at either restaurant or bar. Tiny gym.

Memorable

Liked: Front desk staff, name Snigdha (hope I had spelling right) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was able to get me a room though I came in about an hour earlier than check-in. She helped me with my luggage to my room. Very helpful.
Disliked: You can add continental breakfast to your booking even if it means charging a little more for he room.

Comfortable but lack of handicapped...

Liked: Reasonable pet fee. Not exorbitant. Updated room and comfortable beds. Appreciated having a large TV. Clean bathroom. Dependable internet.
Disliked: Had to park our car in a lot next door. My husband is handicapped and there was zero handicapped parking available right near the front door of the hotel. I had to walk alone at night once I dropped my husband off at the front door and got him to our room. I am luckily capable of walking up a steep staircase on the water view side of the hotel. If I were also mobility challenged, I would have had to hire an Ubber. In the future I will probably avoid staying here for this reason.
