Not a great stay for...

Liked: The pool on a hot day
Disliked: Check in was at 3.. room was ready until 6 and still had to be out by 11am but still had to pay full price.. unacceptable.. plus we were in a hurry and left a few items behind.. we went back to receive an hour later and room was already being cleaned.. only recovered 1 item.. 2 items were missing.. we were told nobody saw anything.. no true.. our items were stolen..
