Liked: The check in /check out lady is awesome. Answered all my question. Greeted me each time I passed the desk. Kind and caring, and efficient at the same time. The breakfast lady is so thoughtful and helpful v

Liked: room was spacious and clean with a very large shower in the bathroom.
Disliked: at check in and check out the desk staff weren't terribly friendly.

Liked: Linen was not clean was refused clean linen. Was advised room could be changed which was an inconvenience to have to pack up everything and lug it to another room
