Staff was very friendly and helpful; beds were comfy and rooms clean.

We have been staying at...

Liked: Great breakfast and close proximity to family
Disliked: The room was in need of repair, shower door handle was loose and dirty. Carpet had several dirty spots and needs a cleaning and pool and spa was shut down, supposedly for 4 months for repair but no break in cost of the room. Coffee was horrible.

Disliked: My room triggered my allergies as there was an extremely potent air freshener in there. The internet wasn't working and the front desk staffed didn't have any idea when they might get it fixed. The ice machine was also broken and so was the side door. The guy at the front desk was very uncommunicative and dismissive. AND they charged me an additional pet fee even though it wasn't listed in the booking.
