Disappointing

Disliked: Room was dirty, elevator was smelling and other elevator was not working. First time i was given a room .. Bathroom was locked and housekeeping was not there to help. They changed the room then it was dirty

Came in to see family...

Liked: The room was good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Elevators were not good. One went out of order while staying and the other was out of date for service/inspection.

Will not return

Superb

Liked: The room was clean nice spacious smelled good huge smart TV newly remoled bathroom. Bed was extra comfortable. Lots of storage space. The pool was nice and new right beside the pool their were steps that lead right down to the beach. You couldn't be more closer to the beach. Each room had a balcony with table and chairs. All of the back side rooms faced the pool and the beach. The breakfast was good but xould use more items especially sine its marketed as a buffet style breakfast. They charge 7.46 per night for parking but it's worth it.
Disliked: Carpet in hallways and the overall look of the hall ways..

Liza and Bobby are stars....

Liked: We stayed during Hurricane Milton. 3 nights pretty much indoor. It was difficult time because of the Hurricane But we have to salute Liza at the reception and Bobby (who is all over the place) for making our stay comfortable and less stressfull. Thank you both for your service، and a special thanks to Bobby for finding my car number plate which got blown of by the Hurricane and was lost somewhere.
Disliked: All was good, despite the Hurricane.
