Liked: Staff were greatBreakfastArrived hours early from Ontario. No rooms were ready which was fine as we were very early. Staff checked us in for later in the day so we did not have to wait.
Disliked: Was told we would get a call when our room was ready(we were going to the opening ceremony for the Canusa games) . Did not get a call. Went back to the hotel at 3:50 pm. I went to the front to make sure our room was ready. I was asked if I requested that room. I had not. Had to wait as he switched our room. For the price, the room was nothing special. For that price, I would have at the least expected a microwave.

Bad

Disliked: We had a confirmation about our reservation from the hotel from the booking.com platform and as we arrived, they didn't know anything about the reservation and they didn't have a room for us.

Liked: Great breakfast. Menu changed each day. The friendliest staff we ever encountered.
Disliked: Toilet in our room was very close to the floor, 12 inches maybe?
