Good stay and hope to...

Liked: It was convenient to us visiting our Mom in Maplewood, there was ample parking and I heard the breakfast was excellent. I didn't have a chance to eat because I woke up late. My husband stood here before and said it was great. The hotel is clean and very esthetic. I would recommend to others.
Disliked: The staff was OK, but a little customer service goes a long way. A smile can start off anyone's day or change the bad morning others are having. Always engage in a bit of conversation. Not to be nosy, but to show that you are happy people chose your hotel.

One of the best stays...

Liked: Liked the room layout and features, especially the little kitchen area. Everything was very clean. The bedding was very good, The room was quiet.
Disliked: Some of the furniture was a little scratched up and should be touched up.

Liked: The rooms are clean and comfortable
Disliked: No restaurants inside

Exceptional

Liked: Everything

Okay but not as good...

Liked: Easy to get on and off the highway.
Disliked: The breakfast did not seem as good as the last time we were there. Food was cold. Front desk person was not particularly friendly - stayed around the corner on his phone - only came out when we rang the bell.

Ok for one night stay

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bedding wasn’t thick enough for winter. Breakfast was too small an area for people to move around. Butter portions in fridge so to hard to spread

Staff needs to be more...

Liked: I need to improve their electronic system for the door locks door key did not work half the time
Disliked: Parked above the building in the back parking lot and it was not properly cleared and was icy
