GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN...

Pleasant

Overall it wasn't a great...

Liked: The food was great for breakfast and the room was clean.
Disliked: The " hot tub " or the " spa pool". Was freezing and reeked horribly of strong chemicals couldn't enjoy it at all for the 5 minutes we were in the water. when we went to go let the front desk know the guy working the evening shift gave us attitude about it and tried to mansplain the point of a " spa pool" when the signs clearly in the area say " hot tub rules " , " hot tub jets" but it wasn't even warm. It was quite literally cold. Which just ruined the experience for us and for $175 a night wasn't worth the cold hot tub or the attitude from the front desk just letting the guy know.

Liked: Didn’t really like anything
Disliked: Mold in the shower, dog pee on the carpet and on the wall, could use the light in the bathroom cause it made a very high pitch sound making your ears ring. The price for the rooms was insane. The bed was super uncomfortable

Disliked: No elevator to second floor ,I wasn’t aware of that when I booked. And apparently no availability on the first floor.

Liked: It was clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were a good start to the day. Glad we went and will go again!

Bad

Worked for my needs but...

Liked: Location was good for my needs and is close to a large grocery store, gas station and restaurant across the street. Breakfast had many choices and the warm items were fresh and tasty. My room was a decent size. Property was very quiet and the room seemed well insulated from adjoining rooms.Free parking was a nice feature.
Disliked: Upon entering the lobby, there is a musty, old smell. This is a two story property but there is no elevator. The stairway I used (had to make two trips) is off the main lobby and the carpet on the stairs is filthy. My room was attractive and for the most part seemed clean except the shower curtain was smelly and there was a fairly thick layer of dust on the window sill. The sink barely drained.I feel the room was WAY over priced for the facility and feel they can charge such high amounts since they are about the only place in town. I paid $461.90 (includes taxes and fees) for two nights! I have stayed in MUCH better hotels for less than that.
