Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Liked: Loved the outside looked very nice and so did the lobby and the breakfast was amazing
Disliked: the pool and spa was close for sanitation outbreak and we were never informed before or upon arrival and payment after payment I found the closed note and we specifically chose this trip to have a hot tub and pool otherwise we would’ve went with a more reasonably priced one with a pool so I paid for use of the pool and spa in my stay that was inaccessible as well as a fitness room that was disgusting and not sanitized or cleaned well and had no weights and minimal machines that preformed the right way, all of the showers had scum all over the floor that we cleaned before using because gross as well as damages in the room that were an eyesore such as the huge scrapes on the wall and chips of paint from the stand hitting the wall, ripped sheets on the bed and no tub as pictured and was not labeled with a shower so with no hot tub and no bath like come on, I am very dissatisfied, almost 200$ for a night sleep and breakfast
