Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Liked: It was close to the event I was attending. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were out of use. The woman at the desk was nice enough to let me check in at 1230. But out of her control the cleaning staff was not working efficiently and I could not get in my room early. Numerous room key issues and then the first night I could not access my room cause the door lock had issues and I had to sit and wait in lobby
