Liked: Best Western Lyon was an amazing experience. The lady at check-in was warm, kind, and welcoming from start to finish, and the check-out process was smooth with plenty of smiles. The hotel is in a calm area, and the rooms were neat, with a nice view. The bathroom was clean, and there was 24/7 hot water for showers. I also appreciated the free-flowing water available for guests. A fantastic stay overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing I could remember.

Decent rooms and very clean

Liked: I chose this because of the BestWestern brand and it delivered. The hotel has an old look, almost like a seaside vibe, with small rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear your neighbours.

Disliked: Lady at check in was rude. We arrived for check in and had to wait as she was counting some cash for ages. Then she checked us in and said we don’t have breakfast, that the parking is full. Asked if there is a good restaurant nearby and she said they are all closed as it bank holiday. All negative. We went out and found plenty of restaurants open. Room was really small
