Disappointing stay
Liked: The pool and hot tub were ice cold and not heated during our stay and we were told they didn’t think anyone was going to use them.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were not working, ice machine was broken.

We chose this hotel for...
Liked: The check-in process was effortless. Before our arrival, I spoke with the manager about the possibility of having our rooms next to each other, and they kindly accommodated our request! Additionally, the short drive to Disneyland was a significant advantage for our family, and the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus as well.
Disliked: I would have appreciated better maintenance for the pool, and the hot tub could have been warmer. While we did use the elevator, it had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, I would have preferred room service to come around at noon instead of earlier.

This was NOT a positive...
Liked: The breakfast was OK, average.
Disliked: First off - The pool and hot tub water were green, yes green. Both were full of leaves, twigs, etc. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was just as cold! Three jets were barely working. When I asked the desk clerk (on Sunday afternoon, 9/22/24) her reply was "There's nothing I can do about the water temperature!" And very matter of fact about it. Apparently, she was unable/unwilling to contact the maintenance guy and have him look into it. The pictures on the webpage are obviously old. She couldn't even be bothered to drop off a towel to my wife as she walked right past her. She was not friendly or helpful and should be fired!2nd Our room was not made up on our first day (Monday 9/23). HOWEVER, they did come in and took our used towels & washcloths but did NOT replace them with new ones! Not making this up. So after a long day at D-Land, I had to go to the office to get some. I expressed my displeasure to the manager in the morning. He "assured" me it would be done that day. Well, you guessed it. We got back the 2nd day (Tues 9/24) and nothing! Didn't even take our towels this time. Garbage was piling up. I again had to go to the office for clean towels.The next morning, I tore into the manager. I told him if it were me, after giving my assurance, I would have personally inspected the room to make sure it was done. Seriously! What the hell!! Finally, on the 3rd day (Wed 25th) our room was made up. I had even politely spoke with the maid before we left to ensure it got done.NOTE: When I first spoke to the manager, I mentioned that the windowsill had not seen a cleaning rag in some time. He also assured me that would get cleaned. It never did. Don't stay in rooms 113, 213, or 313. They're right next to Ball Rd. A very noisy street.I told the manager we ought to be compensated for the hassle. I wanted a free night, he said he couldn't do that. Ultimately, he knocked $50 off our total bill.

A conveniently located hotel with...
Liked: The location was great for visiting Disneyland.
Disliked: The room was really noisy and we got woken up by the room next door and the traffic. The tap also broke immediately and couldn’t be fixed - it worked but the filter had broken off. The breakfast wasn’t great and the room to eat it in was tiny - we couldn’t get a table.
