Liked: Large modern hall. Nice modern room. Clean linen. Comfortable beds. In the bathroom there are bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, good quality soap, Mike Up cloth, and bar soap. Coffee accessories. Breakfast is good (bacon, scrambled eggs, bean paste, waffles, toast, tangerines)
Disliked: There is no welcome water and coffee in the lobby, but not the best: no boiled porridge (only dry and no hot milk), no sausages or cutlets, poor monitoring of the availability of forks and spoons. I chose this hotel because of the pool, but it started working at 10.30 (check-out at 11) I was very upset, it ruined the impression

Liked: Not enough towels. Surrounding rooms were noisy. Rooms provided minimal hygiene products. Breakfast was barely okay. Staff were consistently nice. I didn’t notice any security throughout entire visit, someone kept knocking and attempting to gain access to our room. Rooms had stale atmosphereic aroma. AC noisy, fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm blinking lights were bright and kept us up.

Liked: I loved the breakfast and the security the hotel had also staff was nice . Tammy one of the host was super helpful and nice . Very welcoming!

Disliked: The fact that i book an disability accessible room but was given a standard room. When asked they simply said they didnt have on available. Woukd have been nice to have gotten a courtesy call.
