Liked: Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Hot choices changed daily. Adequate outlets for charging or plugging in electrical devices. Room was quiet inspite of being right next to dining area. Was clean and neat upon arrival.
Disliked: Front desk evening clerk very soft spoken. Had to ask her to repeat herself constantly. Front desk male answered in clipped responses. Little to know effort made to make guests feel welcomed. No one cared to smile or say good morning. Towels were worn and felt rough. Took two bath towels to dry off. Bed(s) were ridiculously high off the floor. Remote control for TV very confusing to use. No channel guide provided. 2003 date shown on introductory screen. Options to change it using remote didn't work. Bathroom lighting inadequate. Ventilation fan didn't clear moisture fast enough. As a result anything in the bathroom ended up having visible moisture on it and felt wet. One luggage caddy had defective wheel making it hard to maneuver. Overall feeling location was worn in spite of efforts to make it feel/look revitalized.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Traveled to see baseball hall of fame museum and the stay was just a couple of minutes away.
Disliked: Nothing. Satisfied with everything.
