Liked: Housekeeping did amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The chef did amazing on breakfast and kept the area clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable
Disliked: Staff was rude at the front desk. My husband stepped on glass in the pool area. They are working on a remodel, which would be fine, but to be working on it on a Saturday and having the area half done made for awkward entrance and exit of the hotel. My kids stepped in the floor glue coming out of the pool because they left it half done. The floors in the bigger dining area were trip hazards because most floor boards were stuck up.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: room was large and very comfortable beds. breakfast was decent, enough choices. location was very good, not far to main street of Cooperstown

Disliked: Not super friendly staffLobby under construction-workman on a lift dropped 3 things while I was trying to check in. Putty knife sitting on bags of cement. Dangerous Problem checking in3am scraping ice from the sidewalk literally 3 ft from first floor window.

Liked: Under construction which was not revealed in advance!! Room was 57 degrees on arrival. Entire place did not look like a best western - it was like they were trying to convert a cheap hotel to a BW. Snowstorm the night before and nothing was plowed by 10:00 am, barely made it out of parking lot.
