Disliked: My tire was slashed, costing us 1100.00. Staff wouldn’t even let us view the camera. We still don’t know who slashed our tires but we are positive it happened there as it was a huge slice on the side of the tire and we would not have been able to drive 10 feet with it. AAA also confirmed a slash and intended.

When I was taking a shower, I did not notice that the bathtub did not have a drain stopper to prevent hair and small items from falling down the drain because I thought it was a normal thing included in the bath tube. Unfortunately, while washing my hair, my ring, which I had just received for my birthday and forgot to take off, slipped off and went down the drain.The absence of a filter ring in the bathtub drain is a significant oversight. Such drain stoppers are essential to prevent clogs caused by hair and to stop small items, like jewelry, from being lost down the drain. This is a common feature in many hotels to avoid such mishaps and ensure the comfort and safety of guests.I reported this incident to the manager on duty, but I was disappointed with the response. The manager simply excused the situation, stating that the hotel does not provide a drain stopper for bathtubs. This response felt dismissive and did not address the inconvenience and distress caused by the loss of my ring.It is understandable that guests might occasionally forget to remove their jewelry before showering. However, having a filter ring in the bathtub would prevent such incidents from occurring. It is a simple and effective solution that can be easily implemented, and it would offer guests the option to use it if they wish.I strongly urge the hotel management to consider installing filter rings in the bathtubs to enhance the guest experience and prevent similar incidents in the future. Providing this option would demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction and attention to detail.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, the girl who attended it - very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk young woman told us about the amenities, everything was beyond our expectations! When we will travel to Concord we will surely stay at the Best Western!
