Disliked: Carpet on the floor in room. Carpet harbors bacteria and dirt even after vacuuming.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast but it was located across from the front desk which was nice
Disliked: The shower shelf has soap residue on it, other than that it was ok. Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and noisy even to sit on.

Liked: Got there, and the staff upgraded us to suite for more room. They had hot coffee and tea on standby. We had trouble figuring out the TV, but they came right up and showed us how it worked. So nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were working. Would definitely recommend this hotel again, and we will be back!

Liked: Very helpful check in w Ravi, became a BW member w perks. Clean, comfortable, good size room.
Disliked: Hard to find location in the dark. Adding a sign to the main road would help.

Liked: Breakfast should have option for people who are vegetarian or vegan.Good to have a hot drink station all the time; and also a water station ... well done
Disliked: The halloween decoration is an offend to Christians who stay at your hotel. It is was over done.If you were to have it .. place it outside the building, not in the reception, lobby, dinning and the elevator button. It is bad taste for people who have contradicting belief with this.You may think it is just commercial season; but it is not pleasant to have this around.
