Liked: Staff was very helpful. People above us let kids jump around from bed to bed for hours. Boom, boom, boom. When I asked front desk for help, they got right on it and checked back to make sure things were better. We appreciated that.
Disliked: Guests above us making loud noise constantly. They were previously moved from another room because people below them complained. So it was known that they cause excessive noise and should have been moved to first floor.

Liked: The place is very nice, and the staff are all so cool. They take good care of you, and the breakfast is great. We have enjoyed staying at BWColfax and will always stay there when we are in the area.
Disliked: We liked everything, there wasn't anything we didn't like.
