Good but could have been...

Liked: The elevator was not working on Saturday. It was a hit or miss situation if it work or not. I realize they were booked to capacity but, the elevator should be in good working order!!

Liked: Gentleman night clerk named Austin on Saturday night was super helpful to my group; found us a place to play cards. He should be commended for his friendliness and resourcefulness.
Disliked: Seemed to be some staffing issues at certain times. Hot tub listed as amenities but not working. Housekeeping came early, asked to return but they actually never returned to our room to collect towels, etc.

Disliked: Quite a bit of outside noises, car alarms going off and trains.

Liked: The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was very friendly. We will stay there again if we are ever in Coffeeville.
Disliked: The guy that was on duty when we checked in was a real jerk. He wouldn't take his earbuds out of his ears to communicate with us. We couldn't find a cart to take in luggage, and he wouldn't help. We were there for a funeral, and he was supposed to put us in rooms close to other family members, and he wouldn't do it. We were told later thete were rooms available, he just didn't want to bother. We talked to the manager the next morning, and he was very apologetic. We saw the guy that had checked us in the next morning, vacuuming floors "without his ear buds". Guess him and the manager had a come to Jesus meeting. The rest of the staff was very nice. Would stay there again.
