Liked: It was a nice enough place to get some sleep before hitting the road
Disliked: The bed was so thin I felt every spring, the door had a crack and didn’t shut properly, the ac window unit knob was broken, so when you got it on, you had no idea what setting it was at. I unfortunately on a cold rainy/snowy evening had the great misfortune of staying here. The ac in fact had turned on and was blowing probably 60 degree air into an already cold room. My daughter enjoyed the bath. Fridge did not work so her milk was sour by morning from being out. It was just not pretty. Maybe they’re on a renovation or something, but I never wanna stay at anything best western again because of this experience. Could I have gone to the front, sure, but I am traveling alone with my 2 year old (actually 19 months for those weirdo month moms). It was just an inconvenience all the way around.

Disliked: Pet room was smelly, wall was chewed, dog scratches on wall and door. Bedding was old a d towels were yellowed.

Liked: The location was great. Also able to travel with our pets.
Disliked: The pool wasn't available.

Was not disappointed.

Liked: Price was very good. The facility was older, but with recent renovations the room was nice. The breakfast was typical of most hotel chains that serve a hot breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom fan was excessively loud and toilet was short/round and not comfortable
