A lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel for the night before our morning shuttle. The hotel is newly refurbished, clean and welcoming. Great facilities! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Plenty of amenities provided in the rooms.

Very good

Liked: We arrived very late and we had had a very long journey and extremely tired. The night receptionust was particularly pleasant and helpful on our arrival. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. The situation was perfect for us.

Exceptional

Liked: The ease of comfort of the communal spaces, the room itself [the bed and shower, in particular], the range of services available and the attentiveness and affability of the staff. Will definitely be back in 2025.

A Great value for money...

Liked: The hotel was in excellent order, the room was fine with modern fittings and the breakfast selection was spot on.I normally stay at the Burlington when I am in Folkestone but will in future be booking the Voco, I think overall it is better value.
Disliked: No hot water to the sink in our room but didn't cause any problem.
