Liked: The property has benefited from a smart refurbishment and was clean and modern looking
Disliked: Best Western has rebranded to a new name and this confused us and other guests on arrival.

A great weekend stay.

Disliked: Some way from the main town centre.

Liked: Location very convenient, room comfortable with pleasant treetop view.
Disliked: There was a large and lively wedding party for a number of hours but this wasn’t a fault of the hotel, just a bit crowded and noisy getting in and out. Not a problem.

Liked: Unfortunately we could only stay 14 hours as my mum was ill and had to take her home. But what we see was excellent looked new redecorated and had new branding
Disliked: Nothing at all. Would have been nice to be offered a refund as booked 2 nights and paid for 4 breakfast. Didn’t get either days. Did not even use towels or shower due to abrupt leaving.
