Disliked: Bathroom curtain dirty or stained. Bathtub clogged, stains on lamp, walls even ceiling. It looked disgusting.

Disliked: I came to town, to visit family & due to renovations at their home, I had to get a hotel room. When we got to the hotel the evening of our stay, I went up to take a shower… broken. So I figured I’d just take a bath… broken. Went and talked to the front desk and they said they had one room left. So I went to that room which ALSO had a faulty shower. Next morning, I talked to front desk again and he was very dismissive, didn’t even look up and just mumbled “I’ll add it to the maintenance list”. No one seemed to care that the shower didn’t work, but they sure didn’t have a problem charging my card. Super frustrated and will not be staying there again.
