Lovely, clean and wonderful staff

Liked: Very clean and lovely staff. Marina (not sure of spelling) is a star. Very welcoming and so helpful.

Aplesant stay at a county...

Liked: We were staying here for a family event which was held at the hotel. Staff wee helpful and friendly. The food was very good would stay here again
Disliked: It is a little dated in some parts but good to see the owners are updating.

Amazing food was excellent.

Liked: Customer service was amazing Emilia was extremely helpful. We asked if a upgrade was possible and that we were willing to pay but as they had a room available they offered it complementary which was great.
Disliked: The only issue was the temp of the room I was unable to turn the radiator down so it made the room extremly warm. However was able to cool it down by leaving the window open over night.
